Mezuzah

The Mezuzah (lit. “doorpost”) is a small parchment scroll inscribed with specific Hebrew verses. The scrolls are rolled up, inserted into a decorative case and affixed on the right-hand side of the doorpost of Jewish homes with the aim of protecting them.
