A precious collaboration between Pugliapromozione and the Jewish Museum of Lecce in the frame of the FESR, on the occasion of the 2023-2024 season. This renewal is responsible for fostering the precious relationship between the two countries and the two institutions, to continue to develop and promote the already consolidated cultural, commercial,  and tourist bridge between Italy and Israel. In particular, this year we propose a contemporary Israeli art journey, curated by Fiammetta Martegani, with the contribution of <strong>Pugliapromozione AReT<\/strong>, between the following three cities and museums:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>OCTOBER 3 - H. 6:00 PM - JEWISH MUSEUM LECCE<\/strong><br \/>\n\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.museoebraicolecce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/SHADES-LECCE_post-1.jpg\"><strong>My Altneuland<\/strong><\/a>\", a collective exhibition of ten contemporary Israeli artists representing the different voices, religions, and identities of Israel.<\/li>\n<li><strong>OCTOBER 4 - H. 6:00 PM - CASTELLO SVEVO, TRANI<\/strong><br \/>\n\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.museoebraicolecce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/SHADES-TRANI_post-1.jpg\"><strong>Ludmilla<\/strong><\/a>\",  a solo exhibition by Maria Saleh, Arab Israeli-Ukrainian Israeli-Ukrainian artist, winner in 2023 of the Rapoport award as best Israeli artist of the year.<\/li>\n<li><strong>OCTOBER 5, H. 6:00 PM -  FONDAZIONE PINO PASCALI, POLIGNANO A MARE<\/strong><br \/>\n\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.museoebraicolecce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/SHADES-POLIGNANO_post-1.jpg\"><strong>Terra Infirma<\/strong><\/a>\", a solo exhibition by Tsibi Geva, one of the most relevant contemporary Israeli artists, who  represented Israel during the 2015 Venice Biennale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The press conference will be held on Monday 2 October 2023 in Bari at the Palazzo della Giunta Regionale, Sala di Iesu (1st floor) at 11:30.<\/p>\n<p>The three exhibitions will open in the same week, on October 3rd, 4th and 5th, during the Jewish\nholiday of Sukkot - the Festival of the Huts - a celebration that reaffirms the value of friendship\nand solidarity, represented by the meeting under the hut: a metaphor of the encounter between\nart and culture and, above all, of the strong cultural, commercial and diplomatic bond between\nItaly and Israel described, in all its shades, by these 12 impressive Israeli artists.<\/p>\n<p>During all three events there will be three Israeli influencers, Nadia Ellis, Shani Julia Greenberg and Adi Hanna Greenberg who, together with the artists involved, will be ambassadors of the project and the Puglia Region, both through social media - during the period in which they will visit Puglia - and, once back in Israel, returning their experience at the Italian Cultural Institute of Tel Aviv, showing images and videos of Puglia and marking the fundamental role of Pugliapromozione. In fact, the primary objective of the project is to promote the Puglia brand in Israel and increase the visibility of the Puglia region on the other side of the Mediterranean, through the website
